WORKSHOP ACCOMMODATIONS

The workshop will be held at the beautiful Fiesta Inn Resort located just 10 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport. The resort features a wonderful pool, colorful gardens, a quality restaurant and bar, in addition to newly-rennovated sleeping rooms.

Registration for this conference is $300 and covers meals Monday through breakfast on Thursday morning. Also included will be the Sunday evening cocktail reception and the Tuesday evening banquet. The exception is dinner on Wednesday evening when participants will be free to visit local restaurants and bars on their own. The registration fee also include a half-day tour to the Desert Botanical Gardens on Tuesday morning.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

The Fiesta Inn Resort has a complimentary shuttle to/from Sky Harbor International Airport. Upon arriving, you may call for the shuttle by dialing 480.967.1441. The shuttle will arrive within 30 minutes. Since there are many participants flying in on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning, it is likely that your wait time then will be significantly less than 30 minutes. The hotel asks that you retrieve your bags prior to calling for the shuttle. After calling for the shuttle, you can proceed to the blue diamond pick up point outside each terminal at Sky Harbor airport. Below is a list of airlines in each terminal and the corresponding blue diamond location.

Terminal 2 (Continental, Air Canada, United, U.S. Airways) has the blue diamond area located outside the north exit just past baggage claim and ticketing.

Terminal 3 (American, Delta, Frontier, Northwest) has a blue diamond area outside either side of baggage claim.

Terminal 4 (American West, Southwest, and international carriers) also have a blue diamond area outside each side of baggage claim. Usually, the blue diamond area is outside and across the passenger loading/unloading area.

If you choose not to wait for the shuttle, taxi service is also available outside baggage claim areas. Please keep in mind that the taxi fare will be at your own expense and is not reimbursable through the conference. A typical taxi fare from the airport to the Fiesta Inn averages about $20 including tip.
