If you would like to attend the workshop, please complete the registration information below and "Send application". Those registrants accepted to participate will be expected to cover their own travel expenses to Tempe. All other local expenses - lodging (two nights) and meals including the conference dinner - will be provided at no cost to participants.

The total number of participants is limited to about 50 people. The organizers are keen to get a wide input from diverse areas. Prospective participants will be contacted as soon as possible.
